At ARC Assessing, we provide Loss Assessing services to Farming and Agricultural, Civil and Mining, Transport and Logistics, Construction, Lifting Equipment and all other forms of Heavy Motor, Machinery, Plant and Equipment.
 
We offer a full range of on the ground support services as well as a high degree of reporting and analysis of data for all forms of loss, including mechanical, structural failure, wear and tear and accidental damage.
 
We work to ensure a timely, successful and satisfactory outcome for all parties, both insurers and the insured.
We provide the following services to our clients

Inspection

We inspect heavy equipment to assess the extent of damage or loss caused by accidents, natural disasters, or mechanical failure events.

Documentation

We document our findings, taking photographs and collecting relevant information to create detailed reports surrounding the damage or loss.

Valuation

We determine the current or replacement value of the heavy equipment based on factors like age, condition, use and market value.

Assessment

We assess the cause and extent of damage to provide accurate information for insurance claims, legal cases, or financial decisions.

Claims

We assist clients with negotiating fair and reasonable settlements with insurance companies to ensure fair compensation for the loss.

Expertise

We may serve as expert witnesses in legal proceedings, providing testimony regarding machine damage, our assessments and valuations.
