Brad grew up in country South Australia, where he began his career in Agricultural Equipment by spending 10 Years working with a New Holland dealership. He then moved to WA, where he spent 10 Years in the mining industry in Kalgoorlie, working on all types of Mining and Earthmoving Equipment and following this he completed a 10-year stint in Cranes and lifting equipment with Tadano in Perth.
Brad joined ARC as a Specialist Equipment Assessor in 2021 and has made a very solid contribution to our nationwide team with an outstanding knowledge of a very wide range of plant and equipment, over all of that time.

Paul grew up in the Irish countryside as part of the Agricultural community and after completing school, went on to complete an Apprenticeship as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic in the Agricultural Industry. As an indication of his later career all-rounder trajectory, he also worked as a parts interpreter, service advisor and warranty administrator.
After moving to Australia in 2007, Paul worked with SOTA, Kubota and AGCO, where he again started as a service technician, then moved up to Product Support Specialist, Regional Service Manager and Product Manager.
Paul has been a very valuable addition to the ARC Specialist Equipment Assessor team and has built a reputation for effectively communicating with all parties as part of his commitment to provide a quality, fair and reasonable outcome as part of all his assessments.

Mick began his career by training as a heavy vehicle repairer with Royans in Sydney where he gained extensive experience repairing heavy transport equipment. He then went into earthmoving, plant and equipment with Sitex in Sydney and moved to Appin Mine where he was a leading hand in the engine rebuild facility.
From there Mick looked after a fleet of 60 individual pieces of heavy transport and associated equipment for LinFox as a Contract Plant Mechanic and after this he moved into the Drilling Industry where he spent 11 years with McDermot and then Lucas Drilling, moving up through roles from Contract Fitter to Plant Manager, to Plant and Yard Manager, then Operations Manager in charge of the drilling programme at Appen mine, followed by Operations Manager for Highland Drilling.
Micks has been very successful in the role with ARC to date and we believe he is highly regarded as a skilled Specialist Equipment Assessor, looking for fair and reasonable outcomes for all, throughout the industry.

Robbie began his career with Boral Quarries in Sydney as a Plant Mechanic, with 13 years’ experience maintaining heavy plant such as Heavy Transport Equipment, Crushers and Screening Plants, Loaders, Excavators, Dump Trucks, Dosers etc, then went into 8 years with Foundation Piling Equipment, Exploration Drilling, Crushing and Civil works throughout QLD, NSW and VIC.
He then took some time off the tools and was an Operations Manager for a Sydney based Piling company and the NSW Service Manager for Wirtigen, a Global Road Technology equipment provider over a 6 year period.
Robbie’s depth and breadth of knowledge and experience across all types of machinery is enormous and we are delighted to have been able to bring him on as part of ARC’s Specialist Equipment Assessing team in NSW.

Malcolm grew up in country Victoria and after completing his trade qualification, spent some time working in the mining industry in Western Australia, before buying and running his own business in Victoria for approximately 20 years.
He then entered the Agricultural industry and spent 10 years with John Deere, Goldacre’s, Vicon, Westfield, Grizzley, Howard Bagshaw and Bourgault, in country Victoria.
Malcolm joined ARC as a Specialist Equipment Assessor in 2019 and has made a significant contribution to our nationwide assessing team since that time, where he continually goes above and beyond for all of our nationwide clients by ensuring all the relevant information is captured and reported on to ensure a fair and reasonable outcome on each assessment, every time. Malcolm is a skilled negotiator who strives to deliver the best outcomes possible and maintain a productive client relationship.

Matthew Hanrahan is an equipment expert who has spent his entire career not only building on his knowledge and skills around working with and repairing a significant amount of the equipment in our space, but also dealing with all the people we look after every single day. Due to his extensive background and experience dealing with insurance claims on the opposite side of the room, he has hit the ground running and we have been very impressed with his knowledge and skillset to date.
He began his career with TRN Group which has operated for over 50 years in Sydney. Prior to joining ARC as a Specialist Equipment Assessor, Matthew spent almost 10 years as Maintenance Manager with Ezyquip Hire in Brisbane, where he was responsible for looking after a fleet of 600 machines and 35 tradesmen, across various locations and 3 different states.
He is not only an equipment expert, but he has also become a people expert, while dealing with a number of top-tier mining companies, local government departments, individuals, SME’s and everyone in between, in QLD, NSW and the NT.

Dave grew up as part of the farming community in Ireland and has been around Agricultural Equipment for all of his life. He completed an Apprenticeship on Light and Heavy Vehicles after school and after completing this apprenticeship, he moved into the Steel Fabrication industry, where he owned and ran his own steel fabrication business for 5 years.
He began his assessing career as part of a family business in Ireland, in 2004 and after spending a couple of years with Prime Assessing in WA as a Specialist Equipment Assessor, co-founded ARC in WA in 2013.
With almost 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry as an independent assessor, Dave strives to ensure ARC provides the highest quality service to all our valuable clients, by providing a reliable, fair, sustainable and quality service for all, to ensure that the best outcome has been achieved for every client, every day.

Leon grew up around Heavy Transport and Agricultural Equipment in country South Australia, before completing his Apprenticeship as a panel beater and spray painter. He then moved to country WA, where he owned and ran a repair shop in Corrigin, repairing light and heavy transport equipment and farming equipment.
Leon began his assessing career with RAC in WA and then moved to Prime Assessing, where he was a Specialist Equipment Assessor for 8 years, before co-founding ARC in WA, in 2013.
With over 20 years experience in the insurance industry, Leon is a skilled independent negotiator, who always puts the client first and strives to achieve the best outcome for all.

Craig has grown up in country WA and has been around heavy Transport and Agricultural Equipment for all of his life. After completing his Apprenticeship, Craig spent a total of 32 years, including 10 years working in, followed by 22 years running a large equipment repair and re-build facility in Esperance.
Craig joined ARC as a Specialist Equipment Assessor in 2019 and has made a substantial contribution to our nationwide assessing team since that time, not only as an assessor, but also as a very valuable Relationship Manager with multiple nationwide clients.

Terry grew up in country WA as part of the farming community, surrounded by Heavy Transport and all types of Agricultural Equipment. After completing his apprenticeship and a number of years repairing this equipment, he went to the mining industry in North West WA where he gained experience with both Mining and Earthmoving Equipment.
Following this, Terry spent a period of time working in a family business before he found Boekeman Machinery in Northam, where he spent 13 years as their Service Manager and Product Support Specialist with CASE IH as the headline brand among others.
Terry has been an outstanding addition to ARC’s nationwide assessing team, where he has become known for his professionalism, attention to detail and outstanding work ethic to achieve fair and reasonable outcomes for all.

Scott was raised around the transport industry and has a lifetime of dedicated experience in the industry, specialising in both light and heavy vehicles along with plant and equipment in various roles. He has worked for reputable service providers on both light and heavy transport equipment, before operating his own equipment repair workshop for 10 years.
He is a Qualified Heavy Mechanic and has completed certifications in crane, and elevated work platform inspections.
He has spent 10 years of his working life as a concrete boom pump operator in the construction industry and is qualified to complete concrete boom pump inspections for compliance and has experience with a number of different makes and models.
